Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or engraved watches
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at 01100253686 with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
